A 2nd-generation land surveyor, Damon Osborne brought nearly 30 years of experience in all types of surveying and CAD when he joined the McSteen Team three years ago. He is now a Crew Chief in the Mortgage Location Department.

What is your favorite thing about working at McSteen?
Working in an area that is challenging and remote.
What is your dream vacation?
Spending a few weeks in the middle of nowhere in Alaska without any modern technology.
What are you reading/watching?
I don’t have a whole lot of time for reading or watching TV, although you can usually find me watching the Buckeyes on Saturdays during football season.
Tell us about your family.
We don’t have kids, but my wife and I along with her twin sister and her husband have a horse farm.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I’m very active in my community, love riding my Harley and my biggest hobby is bowfishing.
