Lot Splits & Consolidations
Lot split/consolidation includes either the splitting of a single parcel into two or more additional parcels or combining several parcels into a single parcel. After performing a boundary survey, we will write new legal descriptions to parcel off sections of land to meet your project specifications. The new legal descriptions must meet city and county standards, and must ultimately be filed by the property owner with the county for approval.
We perform our Boundary Survey in accordance with the standards set forth by the State of Ohio in Code Section 4733-37.
