We are grateful every day, but especially during Gratitude Month in this crazy year! We are grateful for the amazing #McSteenTeam, our partners, and our clients. We think Selena Hernandez, our Senior Customer Support Specialist said it best:
“I am thankful for how understanding our clients have been. This year has been pretty tough. Things changed so quickly! To have everyone remain so positive is just wonderful.”
And about her fellow team members at McSteen, she notes:
“I am also EXTREMELY thankful for how supportive everyone here at McSteen has been. You are all so incredible!”
But don’t just take it from us. We took the opportunity to talk with a few members of our team and ask them what they are thankful for, what makes them smile, and what they are looking forward to.

What is one thing that has changed during the pandemic that you hope DOESN’T go back to the way it was?
I like how everyone is cleaning up after making a mess and not leaving it for someone else to do
People seem genuinely concerned about others and more willing to look out for one another
People are so much more understanding! Things are challenging. People are juggling work, kids, remote learning, daycare changes, nannies, illnesses. I can no longer guarantee my 3-year-old won’t bust in on a meeting (although we try our hardest). And people seem to genuinely empathize with that reality.
Though the pandemic has been hard and I miss seeing everyone around the office I hope our communication with each other continues to grow even when some do come back to the office
Working from home
Things have slowed down some with everyday activities. The world needed to slow down some. I hope it doesn’t speed back up
What is something you’re looking forward to in 2021?
A little bit of normal again
CONCERTS!
It would be nice to travel again
Season 5 of my favorite TV show
I am looking forward to seeing everyone, getting back to the office will be a treat. I miss everyone! We’ve got a good amount of new faces that I can’t wait to meet as well 🙂
Continue to build and grow THE BEST team in the nation! We have a lot of exciting things in the pipelines and 2021 will just be the start!
Seeing more friends. Eating out. Celebrating the end of COVID!
