A recent addition to the McSteen Team, Katarina Garic serves as the Inspections Coordinator. In this role, she serves as the primary point of contact between the field crew and lenders to ensure that all construction draw inspections are completed and expedited as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Prior to joining McSteen, Katarina was working towards licensure as a home inspector while working as a property manager, managing multiple portfolios of single-family homes and multi-unit properties. McSteen, Katarina says, “is one of the best companies I have worked for!” She goes on to say, “They just make you feel like you belong and they have your back. It’s very rare to find this type of quality in companies.”

What are the qualities that you have that help you to do your job successfully?
My best quality for this position is my attention to detail. When dealing with the process of inspections you have to make sure you catch things others may overlook.

What is your favorite thing about working at McSteen?

Preparing for the House of Dragons to come out! (I’m a Big Game of Thrones fan!)

Single mom of three awesome kids! I’m originally from Bosnia but have been in the US over 20 years.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I’m a gamer! My favorite game to play is Elder Scrolls Online.
